Queens of the who?

I feel I should say that while I don't really have a problem with Queens of the stone age or the dozens and dozens of other bands out there in popcultureville I just don't find it particularly compelling either. There are just too many incredible bands out there that nobody has heard of that are far, far better(at least in my opinion) than these huge bands.

YO! Love the frequent comic updates man, believe it or not, i was thinking of starting a comic of my own, and started reading a lot of yours for inspiration. keep it up, and i'll give you a shout if/when mine starts up.

btw, very true about pop music btw..lol

There's two classes of "pop" music: (1) really good music that appeals to everyone, and (2) crap that's easily digestible. Unfortunately, there's too much of the latter.

QOTSA are decent (I like their Songs For The Deaf album) but I have to agree that there's literally an overwhelming amount of incredible music out there that doesn't get the attention it deserves. One of my favorite things to do is wander around Bandcamp and check out the free albums. Some of them are absolutely stunning.

Mok - Thanks dude! I would love to see you put out some comics - more people should!

Matt - Oh yeah, I don't think Queens of the stone age are terrible or anything - just not my kind of music.

And yeah, Bandcamp is just about the best thing to happen for indie bands - so much gold out there!
